when other events are not programmed.
The Crystal Mountain Players are the local performing group for the theater.
In addition the theater has a fund raising and marketing group know as the

the Jones Theater today, originally was a rootin', tootin' saloon and pool
hall in the 1880's, where town rowdies could hang out and spend the money
they got from mining silver in nearby Silver Cliffe and Rosita.
Groundbreaking is close to hand for Studio 2. Thisfacility will contain
a youth theatre, which will also serve as a rehearsalhall and community room.
Also, the new studio area will house a scene dock andcostume area.
